wltennisgeneral - Are you still looking for a team? If so, I'd be happy to email you offline. I'm captain of a mixed team that runs with 9 runners around your age. I've done the 2008 and 2009 races. We currently have 8 committed runners and 1 who is still deciding. If the 9th bails (I'll know relatively soon), I'd love to have you. Our team is Raleigh-based.

Looking for a couple of female runners. Would like runners that are around 8 minute mile 10k runners. We are trying to put together a fairly competitive mixed team.

I just found out about this relay and would be very interested in joining a team that may be looking for an extra member in 2010. I am a 29-year old female and have predominantly run 1/2's. Any teams looking for an extra member? Oh, and I am in Raleigh, NC
