We are starting to put together a team, we will be more for the fun of it but you are welcome to join. Myself and the other who are putting it together have both run 10 plus IM's but are not planning on being competitive in this race. We might bring along some other family members and enjoy the trip.

28/male looking for a team. Will be doing the Louisville Ironman on August 29th, will take a bit of a break, and then want to tackle this! I should be fine for 7:30ish miles, but not promising anything this early. Happy to run with people doing minute/mile averages as well. Have done a Ragnar Relay before -- tons of fun.
I'm coming from Chapel Hill.
