Let me know if you still need a runner, I have done this relay twice and 2 others last year. My team is not running this year, and I was on the fence about running it this year, but my training is back on track. I live in Charlotte as well and I think I can average at least 8:30 for this race. Last year I averaged 8:45 overall running legs 1, 13 and 25.

I am a female runner with time of 8-9 minutes/mile in marathon and have done the relay 3 times. Let me if you still need a runner.

Our team is Vicious and Delicious and for some of our runners this is our 3rd year participating. We are a fun team, with runners coming from all over, but mostly residing in Charlotte, NC. We have an average of a 9 min/mi and we run the relay just for fun. We're looking for a couple extra runners to make our team complete with 12. Email me if you're interested. - Katie
