Doubles, once or twice a week (run 4-5 miles in the morning and another 4-5 in the evening with about 8-12 hour gap). You really can't train for the hills now, but find the biggest hill you have around you and run it at least once a week, or run on a treadmill for 4-5 miles at 5-10% grade. This will still likely leave you short of what can be expected in this race,
Regarding a plan, realistically its probably too late to follow a plan now, I'd keep doing what you do for a Half Marathon, add a day of doubles , and a hill day, and you are all set. You'll do fine

Any tips on training for the blue ridge relay? This is my first one. I have done half-marathons/5ks and triathlons before but am baffled about how to train for this. Especially since there are lots of hills. Training programs you follow?
